If i could give zero stars i would. Where are the managers? I waited almost 45 minutes for some damn wings nothing else. People are waiting long for someone to seat them. All that playing going on in the kitchen for what? The girl came out and apologized for the kitchen but i blame her to. Where is the urgency to get orders out? Ridiculous.

The food was good and hot. But the place was a mess! They had at least 5 tables that stayed dirty the entire time we were there. In fact, anyone that came in after us, the Hostess had to sit them in the bar area. And the Manager was in the building! Then the bathrooms, WOW! Trash on the floor of the stalls, 2 out of 5 bathrooms out of order (with signs on the door), both paper towel dispensers inoperable. The three stars is for the food and the decent service at our table. They gotta step it up for me to come back here!

Bad experience at B-Dubs? I guess I should’ve known when I walked in on a Friday night at 730 during March madness and there were maybe 15 people in there. At least the pretzel was good. I think I got some wing sauce on my wings, not sure yet. And the sliver of beef complimented the bun, lettuce, onion and tomato very well on my “burger.” They nailed it!

I'll start by saying the staff was friendly and welcoming and I'll be back to actually sit down to see if the score changes. Now the only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because I had a large to-go order that was missing 2 items and had to return for those items. I just feel that before the order is given to the customer it should be double checked to avoid this mishap.

Walked in on a Saturday night at 8:00pm. I was totally ignored by the two staff members who were talking amongst themselves just to have them walk off to the kitchen. I waited patiently for someone to return, after 5 minutes passed I decided to take my business elsewhere. Really bad customer service. Will not be going back and defiantly do not recommend this place to anyone. As far as I am concerned they need a new staff. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!
